  • Teams are to park in the Student Center Lot, Overflow to be provided in adjacent lot

    Printed directions to back of Ferst center
    Ask if they will be using the problem parts (?)
    Ensure that the correct teams get control kits
    If workshop team ask if they would like us to move their kit over to MRDC (F-350)

11:00am - Hand Out Kit of Parts

  • Prior to turning loose the teams, we should go over any problem parts
  • Direct teams to back of Ferst Center (Labeled Google Map)
  • Teams given appropriate parts (x4 people) (Andy Bardagjy, Mick Roper, Jannice, )
  • Notes on Distribution
    If we are short batteries give to rookie teams first.
    Each team will get are red crate
    The blue creates must be opened by the team in front of loading dock member. Will need a box cutter to break security seal.
    Each team gets 2 plugs monnier regulator, and Main regulator they are not in the crates.
    1 medium and 1 large glove per team
    FESTO and Brass are also shipped separately.

12:35pm - 1:00pm - Migrate to New Location

  • Break-down of field (5x people)
  • Move over Kit of Parts for Workshop teams (4x people)
    Use one room as inventory control
  • Collect Ferst Center direction signs (1 Person & SUV, Hatchback, Crossover)

1:05pm - 5:30pm - Workshops
