By the Numbers

  • 38 teams for a total of 500 attendees
  • Starts at 8am

Dates

  • Occurs on the first Saturday of January.
  • 2009 date: January 3rd

Space

  • Location: Ferst Center for the Arts.

Food

  • Need enough food for breakfast for 350 ppl
  • GT Catering

Basic Agenda

Friday Setup @ 12

  • KOP arrives from 1-2pm
    • Inventory
    • Get a handle on what comes in kits
