Basic Agenda
Friday
Setup @ 2:30 pm
- KOP arrives from 2:30 to 4:30
- Inventory
- Get a handle on what comes in kits
- Build field
Saturday
Setup @ 6:30 AM
- Should aim to be done by 8 AM
- Carry over kits for workshop teams
Arrival @ 8:30 AM
- Teams are to park in the Student Center Lot
- Maps are Here
- Sign-in
- Hand-out KOP voucher
- Directions to back of Ferst center
- Ask if they will be using the drive train kit (If so we will need to check their kit)
- Ensure that the correct teams kit control kits
- If workshop team ask if they would like us to move their kit over to MRDC
- Direction Signage (Provided by Ferst Center) Note: Must be posted by us

Workshop @ 1 PM
- Rooms 2407 and 2406 of MRDC
- Start off with presentation in 2407
- Split up groups to work on both parts
- Teams should expect to be done by 5pm
