Working with the Technique
The Technique is Georgia Tech School News Paper. It can be a valuable asset in communicating our image to campus.
Overview
There are two ways in which every organization interacts with the Technique.

Advertisements
This one doesn't really apply to us as much. They offer full color and monochrome / bw. For a file format they prefer 300dpi pdfs. They cannot product a sample print for colors, but they have 2 calibrated monitors (1 b/w, 1 for color) for how colors will look on the paper. These are made before an event. Costs vary check with Technique. Cannidated for this could be to get volunteers for FIRST, or an Ad about our intro meeting.
Articles
There are many type of articles sports, news, focus, etc. We only care about News and Focus. These always come after an event.
News Section
News stories are about a non repeating event or special occurrence. For us this could be kick off and our TE Competition.
Focus Section
Focus stories are more community and usually cover a something over a time period. This is more geared toward something like FIRST build.
