- Inventory & Team Loading Prep (7 People)
- Build field (4 People & the Bobs)

- Field size 26' x 26' plus
Saturday
6:30am - 8:00am - Event Setup
- Post direction Signs (1 Person & SUV, Hatchback, Crossover) These are provided by Ferst Center
- Ferst & Hemphill, Ferst & North, Ferst & Regents, Ferst & Parking Lot entrances, Ferst & Cherry,

- Move over robots to demo gallery (4 People & F-350)
