Snuti is an invertible 3 pound drum spinner with armor made out of rounded 1/16 inch HDP. We chose a drum spinner design because we had heard that drum spinners have a relatively high success rate, and we chose to make our armor rounded because we wanted to see if it would take hits better than straight armor. Snuti's drum is roughly 1 pounds, and it spins up to 8,000 rpm.

Problems:
- Armor pinched the wheel on one occasion, causing temporary loss of steering.
- Drive motors were unreliable.
- The belt driving the drum was not quite tight enough from becoming, so the drum would slip and decrease drum power.
- Drum bearings did not turn as smoothly as possible and were slightly misaligned.
Good Aspects
- The rounded armor held up well against the opponents weapons.
- The drum was effective when it worked.
Changes/Improvements
- Reposition the drive motor mounts so that the wheel is centered behind the armor.
- Try a flat belt instead of a V-belt.
- Switch to better quality motors.
- Realign drum bearings.
- Order spare belts.
