- Need enough food for breakfast for 350 ppl

Friday Setup @ 12
- KOP arrives from 1-2pm
- Build field
Setup @ 7:30 AM
- Should aim to be done by 8 AM
Arrival @ 8:30 AM

- Pre-Ship Scrimmage Feb 14th and 15th
- Kit pick-up, Missing parts, Field Elements, Workshops
- Introduce Georgia FIRST website
- Teams need to remain in touch with their sponsors

Broadcast @ 10 AM
- Will be shown on GTCN channel 15
- Information about receiving the broadcast
Field Viewing @ 12 pm
- Field will be behind the stage
- Field size 26' x 26' plus
- Friday set-up need large cloak of invisibility
KOP
- Should be handed out at the same time as field viewing
- Could be delivered early
- Needs a place to be stored (securely)
- Arrives on several pallets
