The Secretary will be responsible for tracking membership, taking meeting attendance for non­-project specific meetings, and keeping meeting minutes for officer meetings.

Tracking Membership and Attendance

As of Spring 2018, attendance is automated. At meetings, members will swipe their buzzcards and select a team; this information will be stored in my.robojackets.org under "Admin". Every two weeks, this information should be compiled and emailed our CoC contact. If buzzcard readers aren't available, attendance should be taken on our official attendance sheets which will be given to our CoC contact.

Meeting Minutes

The Secretary need only take meeting minutes at core meetings. It is expected that any relevant information said during a core meeting should exist in the corresponding agenda, this means that the Secretary will write it in if it is not already in an officer's agenda.

Booking Vehicles and Rooms

The Secretary is responsible for booking rooms and vehicles for all RoboJackets meetings and competitions. Information for this can be found in How to Reserve a Room and How to Reserve a Vehicle.

Wiki Maintenance

The Secretary is responsible for keeping the wiki page up to date and organized. This entails contacting PMs to update competition pages and doing general housekeeping throughout the year.
