How to Reserve a Vehicle

RoboJackets will generally reserve one of 3 vehicles, procedures for which are outlined below.

F150

This vehicle is reserved through the ME department. Since they use it during business hours most days, it is hard to get it before 4PM or overnight during the week. They close at 4:30PM. Weekend reservations should start at 4:30PM on Friday. Email Dr. Cunefare if it is needed for a competition, but the ME department won't book it due to the previously mentioned reason. This vehicle can be reserved by emailing facilities@me.gatech.edu with the date(s) and time(s).

Van

This vehicle is reserved through the ME department. They tend to also keep the keys until 4PM and prefer it not be reserved overnight, but are more lenient than with the F350. They close at 4:30PM. Weekend reservations should start at 4:30PM on Friday. Email Dr. Cunefare if it is needed for a competition, but the ME department won't book it due to the previously mentioned reason. This vehicle can be reserved by emailing facilities@me.gatech.edu with the date(s) and time(s).

F350
