Request a Self-Service Access Override

If you're eligible for a self-service access override, you'll see an additional card on your MyRoboJackets dashboard called New Member Access. This card explains how the override works and what tasks remain to request the override.

In general, you may request a self-service access override if you have:

  • never paid RoboJackets dues,
  • not already received an access override, even if it's expired and including a past self-service access override,
  • signed the RoboJackets membership agreement, and
  • attended a RoboJackets team meeting, and your attendance at that meeting is recorded in MyRoboJackets.

Once have completed all required tasks, click Request Access on the New Member Access card to receive your access override. In some rare cases, you may instead receive an error message; if this happens, you can post in #it-helpdesk in Slack for assistance.

Note: If you're currently not eligible for a self-service access override, the dashboard card will not appear. You can ask in #it-helpdesk in Slack for assistance.
