RoboJackets will generally reserve one of 3 types of rooms, procedures for which are outlined below.

== Applied Physiology Room ==
This room is known as the "classroom" and is located in the same building as the SCC. Core meetings and some team meetings will typically occur here. This room can be reserved by emailing reserve@ap.gatech.edu with the date(s) and time(s) of the event. The main contact is Adrienne Durham.

== On Campus Room ==
These rooms are reserved for a wide range of events. If not reserved during certain hours, a cleaning cost will be incurred; however, if the CoC reserves the room, RoboJackets will not incur the fee. Book these rooms at https://gtevents.gatech.edu/EmsWebApp/Default.aspx at least three days in advance.
