Summer 2010 Traveling for RoboCup Team

Dates for event: June 19th-25th

It will likely take two days to actually get there due to flight time. We can expect two total weeks of travel.


Costs:

  • Registration
    • Team ($880 regular registration)
    • Individual ($400 per person)
    • Total for 6 people (students): $3280

Flights

  • Booked

Hotels

    • Robocup Specials: From $80/night with singles/twins to $175/night
      • Parkview: $120 - decent options, close - out because it is completely booked
      • YMCA: Get a double room and a dormitory (4 people), or using a "family" room
