Heres what we are estimating for electrical:

Per robot charges:
Boards - PCBexpress quotes 10 4-layer boards each 0-9in square diameter for $333 dollars giving about $33 dollars per board
Parts - Its hard to tell because it depends on how rare the parts being used are, I project about $100 dollars per robot but with some serious overlap. This includes all connectors and such.

Wireless Boards - PCB express gives about $150 for 15 or about $10 each. We need more wirless boards than robots because we need a board for the host to talk to the rest of the bots

Wireless Board components- This should be cheap, biggest expense will be antennae ~$50 a board

Per robot totals $33 + $100 + $15 + $50 = $198*10 bots (we need a team of starters and a practice squad) = $1980 (A big number but we could cut corners and do it for less)

One-time supplies:
Wireless Dev Kit-$299 Its that or try to buld one for testing software. Its better to get the dev kit first and test the protocol and controls on our prototype with a working system. We need just one and comes with RX and TX

ARM Dev Kits-I'm gonna say about $90-$200 depending on the model, definitly need these because I don't know about ya'll but I've never worked with an ARM and I'd like to get familar. Andy can give a better price.

Misc lab supplies- A $100 dollars is a good start, this is for project boxes soldering supplies, programmers (if needed), soldering irons, and anything else we can think of.

$299 + $150 + $100=$549 (We cann't play with this much)

The grand total is $1980 + $549 = $3960
