Problems with Kicker PCB labeled "RC Kicker 6/24/2008"

General

Problems related to the LT3750 capacitor charger circuit

Unrouted signal in DONE net. Particularly, between RPU and R5. Did not populate RPU or R5. Connected wire between DONE and DNE net.
Added 4.7K pulldown resistor to CHG net. Place resistor on lower pad of R6

Problems related to the IGBT switch and trigger

Do not populate D9
Do not populate C4
Jumper from LGND to low side of primary (net N$8)
R8 = 100 ohms
R10 = 12.1 ohms (I think - topcode 09S or 095)
Do not populate C5, instead populate with 10M resistor to bleed IGBT gate
Flyback diode in parallel with solenoid far too small - should be rated to hold off the entire pulse (250V, 300A). We used a PS606R, 600V, 5A forward, 300A peak datasheet
If the solenoid is unplugged, and the system is charged, and the solenoid is plugged in, the IGBTs can be triggered weakly causing failure (Ben should comment on the exact mechanism here). We added what looks like a 680K resistor in parallel to the solenoid (and doide) to prevent this effect.
