Meeting Minutes 5-21-2008

- Shirts/Banner - After the payment debacle the Banners from FIRST were paid.
- Our new RoboJackets Banner will cost $85 and the funds will come from Wachovia
- We will have it by Friday
- Shirts $100 set-up fee and $6.50 per after that
- We will spend less than $500 on shirts so that comes out to 60
- We need to buy business cards
- Update officer list
- Ask Janki to create a history of officers of the club
- Server Status - Our rackmount cases holes need to be modified to fit
- Stefan will figure it out
- IGVC
- Competition is next weekend and they are leaving next Thursday
- Robot leaves on Tuesday of next week along with Brian and Stefan
- Monday will be the actual comp and Tuesday they come back
- Old systems still work
- Paul Foster's code is basically nearing completion
- JP's stuff may or may not compatible
- System Integration
- Need wireless networking at comp
- Hotel stuffs
- Battlebots
- FIRST/TE
- The TE sessions list is ready and we can put people on it

- Hotels and travel are being arranged in conjunction with NAO league team from CS dept
- US Open is this weekend

- Omni-bodies are on the way after we come back from Pittsburgh
- Talk to the new cameras
- Support for plays is built-in
- Documentation and logging stuff is being worked on
- Odyssey Program Visit on 5th
- The plan is to have them visit us then go to TSRB 32 students four teachers
- Split them up into four groups
- Demo all our projects: RoboCup in TSRB, IGVC could demo on the bridge
- Also have Demos in TSRB
- Lets have them come tour our school
