  • The RJ competition has been permanently tabled. There is still a possibility it could return as part of the VEX challenge in 2008
  • EE Room update
    • We have the MDF
    • The room needs to be cleaned and the parts organized (I have done this already-Phillip)
    • We need to evaluate new cabinets
  • Roman is to purchase a new easel and other officer supplies from Office Depot
  • $500 dollars has been allocated from general funds towards the joint RoboCup-RoboJackets computer purchase. RoboCup will spec the hardward and the computer will be accessible to all members.
  • A filter will made/purchased for the two CAD computers. Possible replacement of those computers will be determined at a latter date
  • Dr. Parredis has been contacted
    • He is letting us have access to the P-Card again. Will need to visit him in person to get it.
    • He has not started a search for his replacement
  • Cutting speed posters need to be made/purchased
  • Server
    • Tentavily funds from the RIM website work have been earmarked towards purchase of an offsite server
    • We will be looking to add a USB back-up HDD
    • We are also looking at having a remote mirror set-up
  • Efforts will need to be made to get into newsletters on campus
