Meeting Minutes 1-7-2008

The team schedule was hashed out. Battlebots was not in attendance and will get whats left of the schedule
- RoboCup 7:00 on Tuesday (Main meeting)
  - EE meets 2-6 on Sunday
  - ME meets 6-9 on Tuesday 2-6 on Sunday
  - CS meets 12-late on Saturday
- IGVC has moved both its days
  - Thursday 6-7 Planning meeting
  - Sunday 2-6
- FIRST meeting times are already up no changes
- Battlebots was not in attendance for now they have Friday evenings
The Jeep paperwork is in clerical purgatory
- We will be getting it after FIRST ship
FIRST Kickoff Re-Cap
- Better than last year
- Next year we need a better Tech propaganda table (table banner would be good)
- Bagels are not good without spreads
- The food for 200 was about $168 total
  - 7.5 doz pastries
  - 3 doz croissant
  - 3 doz muffins
  - 4 doz bagels
  - 6 Gal Apple juice
  - 6 Gal Orange juice
  - 5 gal coffee
  - Table cloths
  - Napkins
  - Cups (cold and hot - buy the 8 oz ones, people drink less that way)
  - Trash bags
While talking about FIRST we may consider purchasing a new smaller banner that can fit at a table
We also may like to get a handcart if we don't have access to one already
Eaton Survey- They gave us money I'll print some out for people to do. Participants are entered into a drawing for a Sparkfun gift card
Schwag bags for TE was brought up as an idea
