FIRST kick-off planning meeting

  • Check on status of crates - Update:Motors are in, pallets are not
  • Set-up Friday at 10:00 Call to coordinate - Update:SPSU is aware we will be in the building at 10:00 and will be willing to help
  • E-mail list for participants - Done
  • Food: $200 budget, Jeremy will re-imburse us by personal check, Andy is getting Bagels, OJ, etc
  • Coffee will be from Krispie Kreame and we will get it day of event
  • We will need to make sure of the following
    • Each team has registered
    • That each team gets its kit and shipping documents
    • We have to fed-ex all forms back to HQ

  • 7:00 We live Tin for SPSU
  • 7:30 Set-up at SPSU
  • 8:30 Teams begin arriving and registering
  • 9:40 Introduction of speakers announcements; Speakers are Karen Albrecht and Jeffery Ray
  • 10:00 Kickoff Broadcast
  • 12:00 Pass-out Kits
  • 1:00 for those who stay, Brainstorm. RJ begins teardown of event
  • 2:30 Participants leave, RJ finishes breaking down event
  • 3:00 We have to be out by this time


  • Unclaimed or Damage crates -> Call Jeremy
  • Scrimmage Match
    • As always we will be helping
    • Will be a two day event, more info coming soon
