• 38 teams for a total of 500 attendees
• Starts at 8am

• Occurs on the first Saturday of January.

• Location: Ferst Center for the Arts.

• Need enough food for breakfast for 350 ppl

Basic Agenda

Friday Setup @ 12

• KOP arrives from 1-2pm
  • Inventory
  • Get a handle on what comes in kits
• Build field

Setup @ 6:30 AM

• Should aim to be done by 8 AM
• Carry over kits for workshop teams

Arrival @ 8:30 AM

• Teams are to park in the Student Center Lot
  • Maps are Here
• Sign-in
  • Hand-out KOP voucher
  • Directions to back of Ferst center
  • Ask if they will be using the drive train kit (If so we will need to check their kit)
  • Ensure that the correct teams kit control kits
  • If workshop team ask if they would like us to move their kit over to MRDC
• Direction Signage (Provided by Ferst Center)
• Food

• Bob Stargel (Georgia FIRST Advisory Board Chair/Judge Advisor, Kimberly-Clark Corporation)

• Pre-Ship Scrimmage Feb 14th and 15th

• Teams need to remain in touch with their sponsors

Broadcast @ 10 AM

• Will be shown on GTCN channel 15
• Information about receiving the broadcast

Field Viewing @ 11 AM

• Prior to turning loose the teams, we should go over the problem part from Andy Mark
• Field will be behind the stage
• Field size 26' x 26' plus
• Friday set-up need large cloak of invisibility

KOP Handout @ 11 AM

• Prior to turning loose the teams, we should go over the problem part from Andy Mark
• Direct teams to back of Ferst Center

Lunch @ 12 AM

• Pizza for volunteers
• Break-down of field
• Workshop set-up

Workshop @ 1 PM

• Rooms 2407 and 2406 of MRDC
• Start off with presentation in 2407
• Split up groups to work on both parts
• Teams should expect to be done by 4pm?
