- 38 teams for a total of 500 attendees

- Location: Ferst Center for the Arts.

Basic Agenda

Friday Setup @ 12
- KOP arrives from 1-2pm
- Inventory
- Get a handle on what comes in kits
- Build field

Setup @ 6:30 AM
- Should aim to be done by 8 AM
- Carry over kits for workshop teams

Arrival @ 8:30 AM
- Teams are to park in the Student Center Lot
- Maps are Here
- Sign-in
- Hand-out KOP voucher
- Directions to back of Ferst center
- Ask if they will be using the drive train kit (If so we will need to check their kit)
- Ensure that the correct teams kit control kits
- If workshop team ask if they would like us to move their kit over to MRDC
- Direction Signage (Provided by Ferst Center)
