    1. This years objectives - To expose high school students to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts through the FIRST competition. Additionally these sessions will provide the necessary resources to allow high school students to compete successfully in FRC and FTC.

Final Competition

Rules 1. Use only the items in the box. 2. The goal is to hold the specified load at the greatest height possible. 3. Only those teams that actually manage to build a tower that can hold the load long enough for the height to be measured will be eligible for the prize. 4. The height of the load is defined as the distance between the table and the lowest point of the load. 5. The tower that can achieve the greatest load height wins the prize. 6. A heavy spool of red wire may be used as the load.
